Yoli Andra age is 37 years old. He is Bachelor degree graduated from Jayabaya University as a Chemical Engineer. At that moment as Magister Student at Public Health Faculty of Indonesia University. his experiences are 15 years in industries with varied sectors, e.g Mineral Laboratory, Coal Laboratory, Petroleum Laboratory, Environmental Laboratory, Food industry and Ceramics industry. And He has been 12 years involve at company system management as QHSE Department.
At that current time, I am As Auditor IRCA for Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) and Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001) at MSI certification Body and as National Body Assessor at LSP K3 IBL. The routine his activity as professional trainer in public training, inhouse training, Seminar and webinar. besides that, he active for deliver the ISO training, quality training, safety training, environmental, industrial hygiene training and laboratory, etc. And he involve for consultation management system project such as ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 17025 and other including Integration Management systems.”
HANIF PERDANA, S.T
Hanif Perdana age is 37 years old. He is Bachelor degree graduated from Jayabaya University as a Chemical Engineer. His experiences are 15 years in industries with varied sectors Food, Equipment Marketing, Oil and Gas. He is a professional Industrial Hygienist with more than 3 years experience in Oil and Gas Construction Project and 8 years experience managing and operating industrial hygiene equipment. He also has strong chemical analysis, microbiological analysis background, and understanding ISO 17025 testing and calibration laboratory.
Hanif Perdana Has been certified as Hygiene Industry Expert, Oil and Gas Industry OHS Supervisor , OHS General Expert and Training of Trainer Level 4.

He is a professional Auditor and Trainer for Occupational health and Safety, Quality Manager for Inspection Sector (ISO 17020) and Auditor Management System

ALVIN HUSEYN GHAZALI age is 33 years old. He is diploma degree graduated from Academy of Chemical Analysis Bogor. His experiences are 11 years in industries with varied sectors Equipment Marketing, Laboratory, Oil and Gas and healthy. He is a professional Industrial Hygienist with more than 6 years experience in Oil and Gas Project and 8 He also has strong chemical analysis, microbiological analysis background, and understanding ISO 17025 testing and calibration laboratory.

Slamet Raharjo age is 54 years old. He is Bachelor degree graduated from Indonesia Open University, Majoring in Food Science and Technology. His experiences are 26 years in food industries and Laboratory Services . He is a professional in Occupational Health and Safety including SMK3, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 45001.
